Mangawhai Estuary New Build

This Mangawhai new build focused on exterior painting. Vertical cedar and hardwood surfaces were painted black, and the brickwork was bagged and skimmed. Resene Cool Colours were used on request to reduce heat absorption, even with the dark tones. Soffits were also painted black for a consistent finish.
