Langs Beach New Build

This new build in a private Langs Beach community included interior and exterior painting. Black enamel was used on all external facing interior window and door frames, while internal door frames were done in enamel the same colour as the walls. The client requested a black ceiling, which we suggested must be done in enamel so it can be cleaned often without worry of wear and tear. Achieving a smooth black enamel ceiling required careful preparation — pin holes were filled, MDF joins sanded flush, and the surface sprayed for a seamless finish. The exterior features horizontal and vertical Hardies weatherboard, allowing for dark colours without sun-related warping.
