Langs Beach New Build

This new build in a private Langs Beach community included interior and exterior painting. Black enamel was used on all window and door frames, while internal door frames were colour-matched to the walls. The client requested a black ceiling, which was finished in enamel. Achieving a smooth black enamel ceiling required careful preparation — pin holes were filled, MDF joins sanded flush, and the surface spray painted for a seamless finish. The exterior features horizontal and vertical Hardies weatherboard, allowing for dark colours without sun-related warping.
