Little Manly Cliff House

This Little Manly Cliff property was repainted inside and out. Internally, we sprayed the doors for a smooth finish after the carpets were replaced. The interior originally had oil-based enamel, so we converted it to water-based enamel, carefully sanding and priming with a high-quality undercoat to ensure proper adhesion. The exterior was in good condition and received a sand, spot priming, general filling, and two topcoats for a clean, even finish.
